Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are preferred. If we have the space available, we can accept walk-in appointments. You can book an appointment via our website or by calling our boutique.
Do you charge for appointments?
We do not charge for regular bridal appointments.
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
Our suites comfortably accommodate the bride and 4-6 adult guests. If you’d like to bring additional people, we recommend reaching out to us to explore booking a VIP Ali’i Appointment.
Can I bring champagne?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. However, complimentary champagne toasts are provided after finding your dream gown, as well as celebration appointments that include celebratory beverages.
Are children allowed?
Children are welcome, but we kindly ask that they remain in the suites, as there are many delicate items in the boutique. Our goal is to ensure the focus stays on the bride as she selects her perfect gown.
What is the price range of your wedding gowns?
Our wedding gowns range from $1,000 to $5,000. Each gown has been thoughtfully handpicked by Suzanne to ensure exceptional quality, a perfect fit, and a design that beautifully reflects the bride’s unique style and personality.
How long do dresses take to arrive?
Wedding gowns typically take up to 6 months to arrive. However, you have the option to purchase gowns directly off the floor, and some designers may offer expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. We also recommend allowing at least 3 months for alterations.
Do you have any off-the-rack dresses?
Yes!! We provide a large selection of off-the-rack dresses that can accommodate any wedding date.
Do you do alterations in-house?
Yes, we are home to Suzanne’s Sewing Service and provide in-house alterations for our Ohana Brides.
Are alterations costs included in the price of the gown?
Alterations are an additional cost and are customized to each bride’s specific needs, as bridal gowns are ordered in the closest standard size to your measurements. Most brides will require some level of alterations to ensure the perfect fit. We’re proud to be the home of Suzanne’s Sewing Service, offering in-house alterations for our wonderful brides.
